Keep the production moving
StudioLedger connects production dates, call sheets, tasks, availability, bookings, and recorded time to the project that makes each item meaningful.

Not every date means the same thing
A hold, prep day, shoot, delivery deadline, task due date, and client booking all occupy time, but they carry different responsibilities. StudioLedger keeps those dates connected to the service, project, Job, contact, or task that explains what the studio needs to do.
Calendar subscriptions make the schedule available in supported external calendars without turning the external calendar into the owner of every production detail. The event provides the useful time and context while StudioLedger remains the place to manage the work around it.
A call sheet should always be the current one
Call sheets assemble the people, locations, schedule blocks, contacts, and notes already known to the production. Sharing a live link gives crew the current details instead of sending another attachment every time parking, timing, or a contact changes.
The client and crew receive the production-day information intended for them. Estimates, internal notes, margins, and administrative records remain inside the workspace, preserving the difference between a shared call sheet and the entire Job.
Tasks and time show what the schedule costs
Tasks carry an owner, status, priority, due date, and project context so the instruction leads back to the work needed to complete it. Time entries can record preparation, production, editing, retouching, coordination, and revisions against the project that consumed the effort.
Together they make the next deadline visible and the completed effort measurable. A studio can compare the estimated plan with the hours and stages that actually expanded, then use that history to schedule and price the next similar assignment more accurately.
Bookings should continue into real work
Availability and services define what a client can request and which details the studio needs before accepting it. The public Booking Widget is listed as coming soon on the live Features page, so it should not be marketed as generally available until that status changes. The connected booking model is designed to continue into the project rather than end as a calendar event.
Questions photographers actually ask
Can a call sheet update after it is shared?
Yes. Crew can return to the shared link for the current schedule and production details instead of relying on the last attachment sent by email.
Can StudioLedger dates appear in another calendar?
Yes. Supported calendar subscriptions can expose useful schedule events externally while StudioLedger retains the detailed project and production context.
Is the public Booking Widget available today?
The live Features page lists the Booking Widget as coming soon. Availability and service records support the scheduling model, but the public widget should remain roadmap language.
