StudioLedger costs $59/month when billed monthly, or $588/year when billed annually. The annual schedule works out to $49/month and saves $120 over twelve monthly payments. Both options begin with the same 14-day trial and unlock the same product.

There is no starter tier that stops before estimates, no gallery add-on, and no higher plan required for contracts, licensing, reports, or client portals. A commercial job crosses too many parts of the studio to make feature gates useful. The pricing is intentionally about how you pay, not which version of the workflow you receive.

Use the trial for real work

The trial is long enough to put one genuine assignment through the system. Add the client and company, build an estimate, connect the production details, invite a teammate, publish a gallery, and see how the records stay together. That reveals much more than clicking through a checklist of empty screens.

You should know whether StudioLedger makes the studio calmer before a card is charged. If the connected workflow does not fit, cancel during the trial. If it does fit, the same workspace and records continue into the paid subscription without rebuilding the setup.

Additional workspaces are the one paid add-on

A second studio, production company, or separate brand can have its own workspace for $29.50/month or $294/year on the matching billing schedule. That is 50% off the primary workspace price.

Each additional workspace is a real business boundary with separate clients, projects, galleries, files, financial history, branding, and team access. The reduced charge covers the additional storage and processing without making you buy an unrelated bundle of features again.
