Run the studio together
StudioLedger supports a small studio team with included seats, separate business workspaces, role-based permissions, and an audit history of important changes.
Bring the team in without counting every seat
The StudioLedger plan includes up to five team members so a small commercial studio can involve the producer, studio manager, assistant, retoucher, or other regular teammate without turning each invitation into another pricing decision. The team works from the same current client and production records.
Shared access does not mean identical access. Responsibility should determine what a teammate can view or change, especially around billing, settings, client-facing records, and administration.
Permissions should follow responsibility
Owner, Admin, and Member roles provide clear starting boundaries, with permissions controlling the capabilities a person actually needs. Access can change as the teammate's role changes without moving the underlying projects or recreating their work.
Audit history records important actions with the actor, time, record, and change context. It is not an editable team note; it is durable system history that helps an authorized person understand what happened when a status, permission, or important record changed.
Separate businesses deserve separate workspaces
A studio, production company, and another brand may share an owner without sharing clients, finances, files, branding, or teammates. Workspaces keep those businesses isolated while allowing the owner to switch context without maintaining separate logins.
Additional workspaces are the one paid add-on and cost 50% of the matching primary schedule: $29.50/month or $294/year. Membership and permissions remain workspace-specific, so access in one business does not silently grant access to another.
