We built StudioLedger because nobody else would.
I spent years working as a commercial photographer and wrestling with software that was never built for the way I actually worked. Commercial photography is different: different clients, different deliverables, different money, different headaches.
So I duct-taped workflows together. One platform for invoicing, another for galleries, and another for delivery. Too many subscriptions. Too many features designed for consumer and portrait shooters. Too many “almosts.” And still no system that actually fit.
That’s why we built StudioLedger.
It is built on a simple belief: commercial photographers should not have to contort their business to fit a workflow that was never designed for us. Your process is your advantage. StudioLedger should support it, not shove every studio into the same box.
We stay intentionally small because speed matters. When a user needs something, we can ship it. When a workflow breaks, we fix it. When the industry shifts, we move with it.
