StudioLedger ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to your data when using our Service—including our website, mobile app, and all related tools.

We collect the minimum information necessary to deliver and improve the Service:

a. Account Information

• Email address
• Business name (optional)
• Password (securely hashed)

b. Content You Upload

• Photographs, image metadata
• Client names and contact info
• Contracts, invoices, notes, and deliverables

c. Third-Party Integrations (optional)

If you connect your account to services like Google, Outlook, Apple, or Zoom, we may access:

• Calendar events
• Email metadata (headers, subjects)
• Zoom call titles, participants, and transcripts (if enabled)

We do not access the contents of your emails or calendar beyond what is needed to fulfill the integration you requested.

d. Usage Data

We may collect anonymized analytics on how you use the Service to improve reliability and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. This includes:

• Managing your projects and clients
• Syncing connected calendars or email accounts
• Generating invoices, contracts, or usage licenses
• Storing and displaying your uploaded images
• Providing Zoom transcription (if authorized)

We do not:

• Use your content to train AI models
• Sell or share your data with advertisers or marketers
• Use your photos for promotional purposes
• Aggregate your client data for analytics or profiling

3. Who Has Access to Your Data

• You and your authorized users
• Your clients, only when you explicitly share galleries, files, or licenses with them
• Our team, only when necessary for support or diagnostics—and always under strict confidentiality

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party tools solely to provide functionality you enable. These include:

• Email/Calendar providers (email/calendar syncing)
• Zoom (meeting transcription)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Cloud storage providers (image hosting and delivery)

Each third party is subject to its own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your content is stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content will be permanently removed from our primary systems, with the exception of secure backups that are periodically purged.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access – You can access and export your content at any time.
• Delete – You can delete your account and all content at any time.
• Revoke – You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time.

StudioLedger is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
